An announcement from Pete at Spring Hill Music Instruction:
Customized weekly workshops offered next summer!

I am planning to teach workshops again beginning June 2009.

Each workshop will be four days in length, most likely held Monday through Thursday at my home studio, and will be scheduled based on students’ availability from June through August.  Within a few days to several weeks after each workshop is over, a performance will be given for students’ families and friends.  The fee for a two-hour workshop is $200 per person, and the fee for a three-hour workshop is $300 per person.  I would prefer to enroll four people in each workshop who I believe would work well together.  I may conduct a few workshops at a nearby location if more than several people want to enroll in a particular workshop and if I feel that everyone will gain from the experience.

I am open to suggestions—for example, you may have friends with whom you want to work, and you may have an idea of the kind of material you want to focus on.  Here are "customized" workshops that I would be excited to conduct:

Please let me know if you are interested in any of these workshops or if you have an idea for a workshop.  If interested, you may sign up for any number of weeks, as long as space is still available as enrollment progresses.  Payment in advance to Spring Hill Music (at least two weeks prior to a given workshop) secures your enrollment.

Regarding bands, ensembles, and singing groups: live on-site recording (and a CD copy of the recording) is definitely an option.

I believe these workshops will be an enriching learning experience and a magically good time for all.

Sincerely,

Peter Princiotto
